Daniel Mays is an English actor best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Epping, Essex, England, on March 31, 1978.
Daniel began his acting career in the late 1990s when he appeared in the TV series Fist of Fun, and in 2001, he made his film debut in the war film Pearl Harbor. He has since had recurring roles in the TV series Code 404, Temple, Magpie Murders, Good Omens, Porters, Guerrilla, The Great Fire, Mrs. Biggs, Outcasts, Ashes to Ashes, and Funland.
Daniel’s filmography includes The Adventures of Tintin, Atonement, The Bank Job, Nanny McPhee Returns, Victor Frankenstein, The Rhythm Section, and 1917, which also features Colin Firth, Andrew Scott, Mark Strong, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
