Daniel Weichel Bio
Daniel Weichel is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter who currently competes in Bellator's Featherweight division. He made his debut as a professional MMA fighter in May 2002. He competed in different MMA promotions, including M1 Global and Martial Arts Extreme. In September 2013, he signed with Bellator MMA and went on to compete in the Season Ten Featherweight Tournament.
In March 2014, he faced Matter Bessette at Bellator 114 in the Featherweight tournament semifinals and won the fight. In May 2014, he came up against Desmond Green at Bellator 119 Tournament final and won the bout. He fought many opponents, including Pat Curran, John Teixeria, Emmanuel Sanchez, Brian Moore, and others. His recent fights were in June 2021 at Bellator 261 against Keoni Diggs and in May 2022 against Rob Whiteford at Bellator 281. He won both bouts.
