Danielle Steel is an author born on 14th August 1947 in New York, United States. She is widely recognized for writing a number of romance novels. Having sold more than 800 million copies, she’s the bestselling author alive. Before becoming an author, she worked in a public relations agency in New York. It was there she was complimented for her writing. She later moved to San Francisco, where she worked as a copywriter for Grey Advertising. She wrote her first novel, “Going Home” in 1973.
Danielle went on to release other novels, but none were published. Her novel “Passion’s Promise” finally got the green light for publication in 1977. Two years later, she published another novel titled “Season of Passion”. She started becoming a more prolific writer, frequently releasing novels. After a number of lesser successful novels, she finally published “Full Circle” in 1984, which became a bestseller and was later adapted into a film. Her other credits include “Now and Forever” in 1983, “Crossing” in 1986, “Daddy” in 1991, “A Perfect Stranger” in 1994, and others.
