Darius Syrossian Bio
Darius Syrossian is a DJ born in 1974 in Tehran, Iran. His passion for music drives Darius to share and collect the best house and techno records. He relocated to the United States at 14, and his fascination with electronic music never faded. Drawing influence from the likes of DJ Sneak, Carl Craig, and Danny Tenaglia, Darius has always focused on building his brand and becoming the best DJ. Over 15 years of his career have been dedicated to the UK vinyl record shops Crash Records and Global Beat.
He has also produced and released music on a number of recording labels, such as Get Physical, Moon Harbour, Get Physical Hot Creations and others. In 2019, he launched his new project called Moxy Muzik. In 2012, he was nominated for the Best of British, Breakthrough Producer Award. He was also voted among the RA TOP 100 DJs in a public poll. He has released several EPs, including “Who’s The Douche?” in 2013, “Mischief Brew” in 2016, “Unicorn Zone” in 2017, “To the Groove” in 2022, “Sonido EP” in 2022, and others.
