Darlingside Bio

Darlingside is an American indie-folk band from Boston and the members consist of Don Mitchell, Auyon Mukharji, Harris Paseltiner, and David Senft. The band started their music which is a combination of classical, folk, and rock in 2009. They produced and released their first album Pilot Machines in 2012. They signed with Nashville label Thirty Tigers and their second album Birds Say came in 2015. They followed with their third and fourth album, Extralife in 2018 and Fish Pond Fish in 2020. The band celebrated their tenth anniversary in May of 2020 and were praised for their harmonious and genuine songwriting by NPR. They were described as “exquisitely-arranged, literary-minded, baroque folk-pop”. They have even been compared to David Crosby and the Byrds by The New Yorker.
