Darwin Deez Bio
Darwin Deez is a band from New York. The band was formed in 2009, and its current members include Darwin Merwan Smith, Tim McCoy, Greg Richardson, and Andrew Hoepfner. The band gained fame in the UK in 2009 following the release of their first single, “Constellations”. This was followed by the second single, “Radar Detector”, in 2020. The single charted at #62 in the UK single charted and #5 on the UK Indie Chart.
The band released their debut self-titled album in 2010 under the Lucky Number label. The following year, they released the Mixtape “Wonky Beats” and went on tour in Australia, where they performed at the Groovin the Moo festival. Their third album, titled “Songs for Imaginative People”, was released in 2013, followed by the fourth album, “10 songs that happened when you left me with my stupid heart”, in 2018.
