Dave Grohl Bio
David Eric Grohl, better known as David Grohl, was born on January 14, 1969, in Warner, Ohio. He is best known as the main songwriter as well as the guitarist of the band Foo Fighters. He was also the drummer for the band Nirvana before the band broke up in 1994. Grohl has also been inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
His solo albums include Probot which was released in 2004. The album includes the tracks Shake Your Blood featuring Lemmy Kilmister, Sweet Dreams featuring King Diamond, and Ice Cold Man featuring Lee Dorrian. Real to Reel from the documentary Sound City was also released in 2013. Grohl is also a featured artist on Neil Young‘s “Sign of Love” and Zac Brown Band‘s “Day for the Dead.”
