David Schneider is a comedian and actor born on 22nd May 1963 in London, England. He is widely known for appearing in the “Alan Partridge” franchise as Tony Hayers. He started his career as a comedian on the 1990 sketch television show “Up to Something” alongside Suzy Aitchison and Shane Richie. In 1994, he played the role of a judo teacher in the sitcom “Mr. Bean.” In 1997 and 2000, he starred in the television sitcom “The Peter Principle.”
In 2001, he wrote the action comedy war film “All the Queen’s Men” featuring Eddie Izzard and Matta LeBlanc. David also played minor roles in the films “A Knight’s Take,” “Mission: Impossible,” and “28 Days Later”. In 2007, he directed the sitcom pilot “Up Close and Personal.” A year later, he appeared in an episode of the television drama series “Hotel Babylon,” playing the role of a magician.
