Dead Sara Bio

Dead Sara is a Los Angeles-based American hard rock band comprised of Emily Armstrong (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Siouxsie Medley (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Sean Friday (drums, backing vocals), best known for their debut eponymous album Dead Sara (2012). Ain't It Tragic, their most recent album, was released in September 2021.

On June 7, 2012, Dead Sara made their television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, performing their singles "Weatherman" and "Sorry For It All."

On March 20, 2013, Dead Sara was featured on FUSE NEWS, with Dave Grohl commenting that "Dead Sara should be the next biggest rock band in the world".
