Demetrius Cesar Andrade is an American professional boxer who has competed as a welterweight, light middleweight, middleweight, and super middleweight, He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, United States, on February 26, 1988.
Demetrius became famous in Rhode Island’s amateur boxing circuit for his decisive victories, and as an amateur, he won the United States Amateur Boxing Championship. He turned professional in 2008, and he has since had an illustrious career that has seen him fight against Liam Williams, Maciej Sulecki, Demond Nicholson, and Jason Quigley.
Demetrius’s career highlights include winning the WBO middleweight title, WBA light middleweight title, WBO International light middleweight title, and winning gold at the 2007 World Championships in Chicago.
