Demob Happy Bio
Demob Happy is a British rock band that was formed in 2008 in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom. The founding members of the band include Matthew Marcantonio (bass, vocals), Matthew Renforth (guitar, backing vocals), Adam Godfrey (guitar, backing vocals), and Thomas Armstrong (drums, backing vocals).
The band dropped the self-recorded and produced the debut EP You Shook The Soul in May 2011. It was followed by their debut album Dream Soda in 2015 which was produced by their friend and producer Christoph Skirl. The group embarked on a tour to support the album in Europe and the UK, including a slot at the Reading and Leeds Festival in August 2015. Their 2017 single Dead Dreamers preceded their follow-up album Holy Doom which arrived in 2018. The next year they dropped the single Less Is More.
