Kawennáhere Devery Jacobs, known as Devery Jacobs, is a Canadian actress, screenwriter, and producer best known for her work in film and television. She was born in Kahnawake, Quebec, Canada, on August 8, 1993.
Devery began her acting career in 2007 when she appeared in an episode of the TV series The Dead Zone. She has since had recurring roles in the TV series American Gods, Rutherford Falls, The Order, Cardinal, This Life, Cold, Mohawk Girls, Assassin's Creed: Lineage, and Reservation Dogs, which also features D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Lane Factor, Paulina Alexis, and Elva Guerra.
In addition to acting, Jacobs has written and produced short films, including Stolen and Rae. She has also lent her voice to various projects, including the video game Assassin's Creed III: Liberation.
Jacobs has received several accolades for her work, including the 2020 TIFF Emerging Talent Award and the 2021 ACTRA Award for Outstanding Performance. She is also a vocal advocate for Indigenous rights and representation in the film industry.
