Devyn Nekoda is an actress and dancer born in Brantford, Canada, on December 12, 2000. She trained at the Lisa Naves Dance Company and the Toronto School of Circus Arts. Devyn won several dance titles at regional and national events across North America. She toured southern Ontario with Tree House’s Roll Play Live and performed with Edyta Sliwinska in the production of Dance Star at the Avalon Theater.
Devyn made her acting debut in 2014 as Luisa in American Girl: Isabelle Dances Into the Spotlight. She made her feature film debut as Mackenzie Wick in Disney's The Swap. She starred in the short film Mishka, created to benefit charitable organizations like Little Warriors, An Ark of Hope for Children, The Unchained Project, and Kids Help Phone.
Devyn is best known for portraying Vanessa Morita on the Canadian Disney Show Backstage. She starred in Scream 6, Sneakerella, Ginny & Georgia, and Degrassi: The Next Generation. She has worked alongside Julia Tomasone, Adrianna Di Liello, Robyn Alomar, and Phillip Lewitski.
