Diana Hoyos Bio
Diana Hoyos (born April 22, 1985 in Cali, Columbia) is a TV Actress, best known for her roles on Colombian television shows, including Amar y Temer, Oye Bonita, and El Chivo. She is also a singer. In 2002, she was a finalist on the music show Popstars: Colombia.
Diana is the daughter of the musician Álvaro Hoyos and Yamilet Buenaventura. She began her career on television as a contestant on the successful reality show Popstars. This paved the way for other roles in various Caracol Television productions, including The Cage, Expedientes, The Flight of the Comet, and Floricienta. Diana secured her first leading role in the soap opera Oye Bonita: a top television show for almost two years on Colombian television.
As a singer, Diana’s first album was titled Diana Hoyos. The single "La mala" was one of the tracks on the album. In 2019, she played María Clara González in Enfermeras on the RCN Channel. She was nominated for a Premios India Catalina for Best Leading Actress in a Soap Opera for her performance on Amar y Temer. She appeared alongside Karoll Márquez on Oye Bonita.
