Dianne Doan is an actress and dancer born on September 8, 1990, in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. She performed as a dancer at the 2010 Winter Olympics opening and closing ceremonies. Dianne was a backup dancer for Michael Bublé. She appeared as a dancer in music videos for Big Time Rush and Marianas Trench.
Dianne has worked on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance. She is best known for starring as Lonnie in the Disney Channel's Descendants, including the prequel live-action mini-series, the sequel, and the animated spin-off. She was in ABC's Once Upon a Time and TV Land's Impastor.
Dianne has starred alongside Iain De Caestecker, Andrew Koji, Zuri Adele, and Elizabeth Henstridge. She joined the cast of Cinemax's Warrior as Mai Ling in 2017. The 2019 short film Our Home Here earned her nominations at the 2019 Chinese American Film Festival Golden Angel Awards and the 2020 Queens World Film Festival Awards. She starred in Last Night in Suburbia, Legends of Tomorrow, and The Game of Love.
