DJ Regard Bio
DJ Regard is the stage name of Dardan Aliu, an electronic music producer and DJ born in Ferizaj, Kosovo. He began his career mainly by releasing remixes. His breakthrough into the electronic music scene came in 2019, when he released a remix of Jay Sean’s 2008 summer hit “Ride It” on the social media platform TikTok, so users could use it to make their videos. The song went totally viral, and thousands of people made videos with the song in just a few hours. The hype for the single was so real that it quickly reached number 21 on the Billboard Hot Dance/ Electronic charts besides reaching number 2 in the UK chart. Aliu has since then released several singles and EPs besides performing at major festivals across the world.
