Djemba Djemba is an American DJ and music producer. His real name is Andrew Swanson, and he was born on the 4th of August, 1987, in Fairfield, Iowa. He is a member of Team Supreme and he is a part of the label Mad Decent, founded by fellow musician and collaborator Diplo. He has remixed music of several artists such as Major Lazer, Fiona Apple and Laura Mvula. Djemba Djemba has positioned himself as one of the major names in the pop electronic music industry and the list of hits he has produced is fairly impressive. He has produced singles such as “Memphis” for Justin Bieber, “Best Night” for Madonna, and “I Just Wanna..” for Elijah Blake. He is a multi-platinum award-winning artist for tracks such as “Elastic Heart” by Sia and “Lean On” by Major Lazer.
