Dolph Lundgren is a Swedish actor, martial artist, producer, director, and screenwriter, born in Spanga, Sweden on November 3, 1957. He is best known for his work in the films Rocky IV, Universal Soldier, and The Expendables. Lundgren has been in over 40 films, most of them in the action genre. He worked as a bodyguard before starting his career in acting. His debut into film was in 1985 in the film A View to a Kill, a James Bond film, he has since been in numerous films, including The Punisher, Red Scorpion, Joshua Tree, One in the Chamber, The Expendables, Don’t Kill It, Hail, Caesar!, Aquaman, and more. He has also been a writer, producer, or director for the films, Pentathlon, The Defender, Icarus, Stash House, Ambushed, Don’t Kill It, and others. His debut in television was in 1998 in the pilot of Blackjack, he has also been in the shows Chuck, SAF3, Workaholics, Sanjay and Craig, Arrow, Tour de Pharmacy, and Sharknado 5: Global Swarming.
