Eliza Rose (born in 1998 in the East End of London) is a well-known British DJ, music producer and singer.
Rose took an interest in music from a very tender age. At age 15, she began working at the Flashback record shop. Through the times, she wrote, sang, and immersed herself in the soul and jazz music of Amy Winehouse and Billie Holiday.
This made for an easy transition to music production. Her aesthetic approach involving a delicate seam of soul, jazz, and blues pushed her music to popularity in mainstream London. Her single B.O.T.A. was number one in the UK for over two weeks. She is the first female DJ to reach the top of the charts for at least 20 years. The track, B.O.T.A. – Baddest of Them All – now has seen over a million streams and is one of the most loved and played in London’s electric club scene.
