Elizabeth Ann Guttman (born September 11, 1961 in Los Angeles, United States) is an American voice actress, actress, singer, songwriter, and musician. She is most renowned by her stage names of Elizabeth Daily and E.G. Daily. Daily is popular for voicing Tommy Pickles in Rugrats and its spinoff All Grown Up!, Buttercup in The Powerpuff Girls, Steve in Curious George, Happy Feet, and Waffle in Catscratch (Season Two).
E.G. Daily started her career as a pop singer, releasing the singles "Say It, Say It" and "Love in the Shadows" in 1986. She made her film debut in 1981, starring as a young singer in the independent Street Music. Earlier in her career, she played supporting roles in movies, including the teen comedy, Valley Girl (1983). Her distinctive voice made her a perfect pick to voice cartoon characters.
After appearing in Dutch and Dogfight in 1991, Daily shifted her focus from film to TV and animation voice-over work. When the original voice actress for Babe (1995) demanded a huge raise for the sequel, Daily stepped in to voice the upbeat young sheep-herding pig in Babe: Pig in the City (1998). Alongside acting, Daily is also a singer. Her music was included on the soundtracks of Scarface (1983), The Breakfast Club (1985,) and Better Off Dead (1985).
