Ella Summer Purnell is an award-winning English actress and producer best known for her work in film and television. She was born in London, England, on September 17, 1996. Ella began her acting career in 2010 when she was cast in the film Never Let Me Go. She has since had recurring roles in the TV series Belgravia, Sweetbitter, Yellowjackets, Ordeal by Innocence, and Star Trek: Prodigy. Ella is best known for starring in the adventure film Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children alongside Eva Green, Asa Butterfield, Samuel L. Jackson, and Georgia Pemberton.
