Ellie Taylor is a comedian born on 28th November 1983 in Brentwood, Essex, England. She is best known for appearing in the comedy panel show “8 Out of 10 Cats”. Taylor started performing standup comedy in her mid-twenties. She burst into the limelight after competing in the television show “Show Me the Funny.” In June 2015, she appeared in the satirical celebrity comedy show “Mock the Week.” A year later, she appeared in the children’s panel show “The Dog Ate My Homework.”
In 2018, she hosted a new talk show Heart FM alongside Anna Whitehouse. Taylor has also been performing regularly on the standup comedy show “Live at the Apollo.” She has also appeared as a guest on “The Last Leg,” “Show Me the Funny,” “Pointless Celebrities,” and “QI.” In 2012, she announced the presenter of BBC Three’s “Snog Marry Avoid,” replacing Jenny Frost. In 2022, she competed in the dance contest “Strictly Come Dancing.”
