Emilie Ristevski (born March 15, 1993 in Australia) is an Australian photographer and the creative mind behind @helloemilie.
Her love for photography began when she discovered black and white film photography in a tiny dark room in high school. Watching her first photograph develop opened up a new world for her, and since then, Emilie hasn’t been able to step out from behind the camera.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in the creative arts industry driven by her need for exploration and a desire to conserve and capture the fleeting details that often go unseen. She has partnered with some of the world’s leading travel and lifestyle brands.
Her style embraces storytelling, escapism, dreamscapes, and evokes a dream-like imagery of our planet from the most remote villages in South America to the wild landscapes of Iceland, Namibia and everywhere in-between. Through her pictures, Emilie aims to encourage her audience to seek a deeper connection with nature and themselves, in the hope to discover a new love for our planet, Earth.
