Emily Symons is an actress born on 10th August 1969 in Sydney, Australia. She has had an extensive career in the film industry, and she’s widely recognized for starring in the show “Home and Away.” She has been working on numerous TV shows and series since 1990. She made her debut in the film industry in the soap opera “Richmond Hill.” She joined the cast for Home and Away as Marilyn Chamber, a role she played from 1989 to 1992, and reprised the role from 1995 to 1999.
Symons was also the host of the Channel 7 music TV show “Video Smash Hits.” She moved to England after appearing in a few pantomimes in the country. Between 2001 and 2008, she starred in the British soap opera “Emmerdale” as Louise Appleton. In 2007, she competed in “Dancing on Ice” but could only make it to the semi-finals. She returned to Australia and resumed her role in Home and Away in 2010.
