Emlyn is an American alternative pop artist, songwriter, and producer, born on August 30, 1996, in Nashville, Tennessee. She began writing music at an early age influenced by bands like Green Day, Nirvana, and AC/DC, all the way to Britney, NSYNC, and Kelly Clarkson. Emily supported herself by writing music while attending New York University. She co-wrote a song for Matt Hartke called Gold and amassed millions of Spotify streams. She has co-written songs with artists like Rachel Crow, Stela Cole, Greyson Chance, and Kiiara. Emlyn released her first single, Had Me At Hello, in 2019. It was the songs Cruel World and B.O.M.B. that helped her get attention in the music industry and made her Spotify page visited by millions of monthly listeners.
