Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress best known for her portrayal of the character Debbie Gallagher in the TV series Shameless. She was born in New York City, New York, United States, on September 14, 1999. Emma began her acting career in 2008 when she appeared in the film Bittersweet, but she became a household name in 2011 when she joined the cast of the comedy-drama series Shameless which also features Emmy Rossum, William H. Macy, Jeremy Allen White, Cameron Monaghan, and Shanola Hampton.
