Enitan Adepitan (born 9 December 1994) is an English rapper, singer, and songwriter. She is well known for her 2020 single "Peng Black Girls," which garnered fame after a live performance on ColorsxStudios with Jorja Smith.
Enny was born and reared in Thamesmead, South East London, of Nigerian ancestry. She is the youngest of six siblings and lives with her parents.
Enny has had a passion for music since she was a youngster. This encouraged her to explore music influenced by her family, and she was taught to play instruments such as the piano by her father. Enny was also a member of a local street dancing ensemble that performed and danced to American hip-hop music.
These music interests she would inherit from her friends and family would have a later musical impact on her career, thanks to the influence of music genres like jazz, gospel music, and hip-hop.
Her debut single, "He's Not Into You," was released in April 2020. The song's initial release had over a million views. The remix gained over 5 million more views. Enny is becoming a part of the golden age of UK rappers and continues to create music.
