Ephwurd Bio
Ephwurd is a Canadian-American house music DJ that was originally made up of the artists Datsik and Bais Haus. Ephwurd is now a solo act with the only member being Bais Haus. The group was formed in 2015 by the two friends Bais Haus and Datsik while they were touring with Steve Aoki. They collaborated on the song “Closer to the Sun” and chose to keep working together under the name Ephwurd. The group was originally anonymous, but went public after the release of their remix of Major Lazer & DJ Snake‘s track “Lean On.” The duo released several songs while together, including “Rock the Party”, “Duckface”, and “Bring It Back.” They made their debut performance in 2015 at Escape: Psycho Circus. In 2018 it was announced that Ephwurd would continue on without Datsik.
