Erica Campbell is an American gospel and R&B singer, songwriter, musician, and radio host born in Inglewood, California on April 29, 1972. She started her music career as a part of the gospel duo Mary Mary with her younger sister Tina Campbell in 1998. The duo received four Grammy Awards, three NAACP Image Awards, several Dove and Stellar Music Awards and more. They released five studio albums, a holiday album, and a compilation album. She released her debut solo single in 2013 titled “A Little More Jesus.” In 2014 she released her debut solo studio album titled Help with the label Entertainment One. The album reached number one on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart, number two on the Billboard Independent Albums chart, and number six on the Billboard 200 chart. She released her second studio album in 2015 titled Help 2.0 that reached number one on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart, number 12 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart, and number 120 on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2015 she won a Grammy for Best Gospel Album. Since 2016 she has hosted the radio show Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell.
