Erika Rose Alexander is an American actress born in 1969 in Winslow, Arizona. She gained notoriety portraying Pam Tucker for NBC’s sitcom “The Cosby Show,” and also starred opposite Whoopi Goldberg on the historical film “The Long Walk Home.” In 1993 she got the lead role on FOX’s sitcom “Living Single,” earning two NAACP Image Awards by 1995. She also played the lead role in the Showtime series “Street Time.” Other credits include voice acting for “The Bible Experience,” and appearances on “Criminal Minds,” “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit,” and “House M.D.” Alexander has also started a production company called “Color Farm Media,” and ventured into writing with the graphic novels “Giles” and “Concrete Park,” in collaboration with Tony Puryear.
