Erin Isabelle Burnett is an American news anchor, TV personality, and journalist best known for her work in television. She was born in Mardela Springs, Maryland, United States, on July 2, 1976.
Erin began her career as a financial analyst, but she has since made a name for herself as a news anchor and TV personality. She made her TV debut in 2001 on Today. She has since made numerous appearances on the TV series Meet the Press, The Apprentice, Squawk on the Street, Piers Morgan Live, and CNN Newsroom, but she is best known as the host of the news show Erin Burnett OutFront.
Erin received a News & Documentary Emmy nomination for Outstanding Business and Economic Reporting in a Regularly Scheduled Newscast.
