Evanescence Bio
Coming from Little Rock, Arkansas, United States, Evanescence was formed in 1995. Their music is operatic goth pop paired with metallic guitar music. The band’s front is Amy Lee originally planned that Evanescence will not be band but a support group for her songs. However, with the departure of Ben Moody, the band became among the famous bands in America.
The band’s roots started in 1994 when Lee met Moody in a youth camp. Fast forward, Evanescence was formed and signed up with Wind-Up Records in 2002. Other members were John LeCompt, Will Boyd, and Rocky Gray. Their major-label debut “Fallen” was soon released. The band was best known by the song “Bring Me To Life” and “My Immortal.”
