Facundo Daniel Torres Pérez (born on April 13, 2000, in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a winger for Major League Soccer club Orlando City and the Uruguay national team. Torres began his football career at the age of five at Club Atlético River Plate Montevideo in 2006.
Torres is a graduate of Peñarol's youth system, where he made 51 first-team appearances for the club and won the 2021 Uruguayan Primera División title. That same year, he scored four goals during Penarol’s run to the Copa Sudamericana. He also scored goals to win them a place in the Primera Division play-offs and they were eventually crowned champions. He transferred to Orlando City in August 2022. Since joining Orlando City, he has made 63 appearances and scored 23 goals.
Torres represented Uruguay at under-15 and under-17 levels before making his senior international debut in October 2021. He has made 14 appearances for the Uruguay national team and scored 1 goal.
