Fala Chen is an actress born on 24th February 1982 in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. At the age of 14, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States along with her parents. She made her television debut in 2005 after signing an 8-year contract with TVB. After hosting several shows on TVB’s Mandarin channel TVB8, she made her acting debut as a murderess in the TVB series “Forensic Heroes.”
In 2007, she starred in the show “The UltiCrime Fighter,” for which she received a nomination for the TVB Anniversary Awards for the Most Improved Female Artist. In 2009, she was featured in different Hong Kong TV series, including Catch Me Now, Moonlight Resonance, and A Journey Called Life. In 2011, she starred in two more TV series: Live of Omission and Grace Under Fire. In 2020, Fala Chen was also cast in the thriller series “The Undoing”.
