Leslie Feist, known simply by her stage name, Feist, is a Canadian alternative music artist who has been a part of the Indie collective Broken Social Scene and who is also known for her work as a solo artist. Feist is considered to be an international pop sensation, known for her albums Let It Die and The Reminder. She has collaborated with artists like Apostle of Hustle.

Feist has won several Juno Awards, in 2005, including “Best New Artist” and “Best Alternative Album”. Her hit song, “Mushaboom,” was released with a music video on vevo and has more than 4 million views on YouTube today. Feist was born on February 13, 1976 in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada.Today, she lives in Paris, France.
