Fia Bio
Fia was born in Kista, Sweden as Fia Forsström in 1994. Fia began writing songs and playing the Oboe at the age of 10. She attended the Westerlundska High School, became a part of many different ensembles, and picked up the Piano and Guitar skills she has today. She independently released her solo debut, Made of Stars with the help of her fans and crowdfunding.
Fia’s music was featured on an app developed by the University of California Santa Barbara Center focusing on mindfulness and human potential, thus bringing her music to thousands of US students. She also created her YouTube channel on 8 March 2016 and has well over 2.6 million views and 20 000 subscribers. Fia has collaborated with other artists including Jörgen Boots.
