First Ladies Of Disco Bio
First Ladies of Disco is an American musical girl group based out of New York, New York since 2015, and that is comprised of Martha Wash, Linda Clifford and Evelyn ‘Champagne’ King who topped the Billboard dance charts. Each of the group’s members are distinguished in their careers. Martha Wash is a two-time Grammy nominee, and was part of the group that originally performed ‘It’s Raining Men’. Linda Clifford is a five-time Grammy nominee whose solo career saw hits like “Shoot Your Best Shot,” alongside producer Isaac Hayes, and the track “Red Light,” which was part of the hit movie Fame. Both of these were number one in the American dance charts. In 2017 King left the group and Norma Jean Wright replaced her.
