Patrick Losenský, popularly known as Fler was born on April 3, 1982 in Berlin, Germany. He is a German rapper and the CEO of Maskulin Music Group. Fler began his music career in the early 2000s. His first recognition in the rap scene came through collaborations with Bushido. The duo released the collaborative album titled Carlo Cokxxx Nutten in October 2002. In July 2003, Bushido released his first studio album, Vom Bordstein bis zur Skyline, with Fler featuring on five parts.
On May 1, 2005, Fler released his first solo album, Neue Deutsche Welle. The album was considered controversial due to perceived right-wing extremist lyrics. In 2006, Fler released his second solo album titled Trendsetter. On 25 January 2008, Fler released his third solo album titled Fremd im eigenen Land. In March 2010, Fler opened his clothing store Psalm 23, in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The name was later changed to Flerstore. In 2013, he established his own line of collections for his fashion brand, Maskulin.
Regardless of feuds and controversies, Fler continued to make music. On November 2, 2012, Fler released his eighth solo album, Hinter blauen Augen. The album reached No. 3 in Germany. His album, Cancel Culture Nightmare, was released in 2022.
