Florent Manaudou is a French professional swimmer who competes in freestyle, backstroke, and medley swimming competitions. He was born in Villeurbanne, France, on November 12, 1990.
Florent began competing in international swimming competitions in 2007, and he has since had an extensive career that has seen him win multiple gold and silver medals while representing France. He has won two gold medals at the Olympic Games, four gold medals at the World Long Course Championships, four gold medals at the World Short Course Championships, and six golf medals at the European Long Course Championships. Florent won gold in the 50 m freestyle event at the 2012 London Olympic Games, and he finished second in the 50-meter freestyle event 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which also featured Caeleb Dressel, Bruno Fratus, and Michael Andrew.
