Fousheé Bio

Brittany Fousheé, also known simply as Fousheé, is an American R&B singer and songwriter born in New Jersey in 1990. The daughter of a Jamaican drummer, she started writing her own songs at age 6. In 2018, after releasing her debut EP “Speak Up,” she joined the cast of NBC’s contest reality show “The Voice” and was coached by Adam Levine. Later that year, an uncredited, royalty-free version of her single “Deep End” went viral on TikTok, as a sample for a rapping track by Sleepy Hallow. In 2020, the artist released a full-length version of the song and went straight to the top of the recommended playlists of music streaming platforms like Spotify and Shazam, and it also became popular among protesters and activists in the United States. Later that year she also signed with RCA and released the single “Single af.”
