Francesco Gabbani is an Italian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He was born in Carrara, Italy, on September 9, 1982.
Francesco began his music career in 2010 and released his debut album Greitist Iz in 2013. However, it was his participation in the Sanremo Music Festival 2016 that catapulted him to fame. He won the newcomers' section of the festival with his song Amen, which received widespread critical acclaim and commercial success.
