Frank James Lampard, popularly known as Frank Lampard, is a professional football manager and former player born on June 20, 1978, in Romford, England. He is currently the manager of Everton FC. At the peak of his career, Lampard played as a midfielder for Chelsea before moving to New York City FC, and West Ham United.
He is Chelsea's leading goal scorer with 211 goals some of which came from 163 consecutive appearances. Frank made his Premier League debut in January 1996. He helped the Irons to their highest-ever finish in the competition (fifth place in 1998/99), and victory in the UEFA Intertoto Cup the same year.
Frank retired from professional football in February 2017 with MLS team New York City FC. During his career, he won three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups, one UEFA Champions League (2011/12), and the Europa League (2012/13).
He was also a three-time Chelsea Player of the Year, the 2008 UEFA Midfielder of the Year, and the 2005 FIFA Player of the Year Silver Cup winner. In addition, he has been honored with an Officer Award from the British Empire.
