Frank Medrano is an athlete born on 20th May 1958 in Manhattan, New York, United States. He is widely recognized as a callisthenic expert, athlete, and trainer who regularly shares photos on his Instagram account @frank_medrano, which has gained more than 2 million followers. He started lifting weights in 2006, and after some weeks, he noticed his body would improve with the exercises. Later the year, his body had taken a more sporty shape, which motivated him to pursue a career in sports.
In 2010, he started bodyweight training. He grew to become a vegan along the way. After 12 weeks on a vegan diet, he approached his good friends Dan and Noel about spreading the word about the benefits of being a vegan.
