Frankie Rose is an American musician and songwriter. She was a former member of Vivian Girls, Crystal Stilts, the Dum Dum Girls, but decided to work on her own music. In 2009, Rose released her debut single, which was titled “Thee Only One” on Slumberland Records. Alongside bassist Caroline Yes!, drummer Kate Ryan and guitarist Margot Bianca, the band Frankie Rose & the Outs was formed, and in 2010 they released their debut self-titled album. In 2012, however, Rose released a solo album, which was titled “Interstellar”, and it was followed by “Herein Wild” in 2013. After the album’s release, Rose had to stop working on new music and ended up working on a catering truck but soon realized that she needed to go back, so she asked producer Jorge Elbrecht for help. Her following album, titled “Cage Tropical”, was released in 2017.
