FuntCase, born James Hazell on July 29th, 1986 in Bournemouth, England is a DJ and producer specializing in the dubstep, grime, and drum and bass genres. In 2007 he released his first drum and bass music collection under the moniker DJ Dose. He changed his name to FuntCase in 2009 and released his first single, “Gorilla Flex/ Make Our Day,” under 4:20 Records. In 2010 he signed to the record label Circus Records under the management of Flux Pavilion and Doctor P. Since then he has produced a number of high profile singles including “So Vexed/ Matress Punch” in 2010, “50 Caliber” in 2011, “Voodew” in 2012, “Ghosts” and 2012, “Let’s Do It” in 2013, and “Predator (VIP)” and “Neckbreaker” featuring Dirtyphonics in 2016. He released two EP’s, the Doomed Ep in 2012 and the eight track Don’t Piss Me Off in 2013.
