Gabby Reece Bio
Gabby Reece is an American former volleyball player, influencer, author, model, and actress who was born on January 6, 1970, in La Jolla, San Diego, California. She began playing volleyball in high school and was granted a scholarship to Florida State University. She played professionally for several years until she moved to New York to pursue a career in modeling. She was featured in Elle a few times between 1980 and 1999, and made it to the cover of Life, Outside, and Shape magazines. In 2013 she published a book titled “My Foot Is Too Big for the Glass Slipper: A Guide to a Less Than Perfect Life”. She also hosted the tv interviews show “Insider Training” for Discovery, as well as NBC’s “Strong” in 2016. As a fitness enthusiast, she created the program Extreme Performance Training. She also has her own podcast called “The Gabby Reece Show”.
