Gabrielle Reece, popularly referred to as Gabby, is a beach volleyball legend, health and fitness leader, podcast host, corporate speaker, author, sports announcer, fashion model, actress, and producer born on January 6, 1970, in La Jolla, California, USA. She competed in the 1999-2000 Olympic four-on-four Challenge Series and the 1999-2000 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour. In 1997, her team emerged first at the first-ever Beach Volleyball World Championships.
Gabby was Nike's first female spokeswoman and first female athlete to design a shoe. She is the creator of the HIGHX fitness program, co-founder of XPT, and executive member of Laird Superfood. She was named one of the 20 Most Influential Women in Sports (August 1997) by Women's Sports & Fitness and One of the Five Most Beautiful Women in the World by Elle as a sophomore at Florida State University.
Gabby is the author of the New York Times Bestseller; My Foot Is Too Big for the Glass Slipper (May 2013).
