Garrett Michael Clayton is an actor born on March 19, 1991, in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. His acting career began in 2008 when he acted as a zombie in The Tower. His next role was in the dramatic film Virginia (2010) alongside Jennifer Connelly and Ed Harris.
Garrett starred as the lead in Disney's TV musical Teen Beach Movie in 2013. He reprised his role in the sequel of the movie. Following the movie's success, he starred as Sean Paul Lockhart in King Cobra (2016). In 2016, he voiced the character Wingman in the Elephant Kingdom.
He also starred in ABC's TV family drama, The Fosters, alongside Maia Mitchell. In 2016, he featured as Link Larkin in NBC's Hairspray Live! with Ariana Grande, Kristin Chenoweth, and Martin Short. His recent appearances include Rocky Horror Show (2020), Young Blood (2019), Reach (2018), and The 86th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade (2017). He has been nominated for the MTV Movie + TV and Teen Choice Awards. He won the Cinema at the Edge Independent Film Festival Award for Best Actor in 2020.
