Gary Cole is an American actor and voice actor born in Park Ridge, Illinois on September 20, 1956. He is best known for his roles in the shows The Good Wife, The Good Fight, Chicago Fire, Veep, American Gothic, and Midnight Caller. He is also known for his roles in the films One Hour Photo, The Brady Bunch Movie, Talladega Nights: the Ballad of Ricky Bobby, and Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. In 1983 he made his debut on television in the TV movie Heart of Steel. He has since had roles in the television shows and films The Twilight Zone, Vital Signs, Jack and Mike, Moonlighting, Son of the Morning Star, American Gothic, Crusade, Frasier, Cadet Kelly, The West Wing, Arrested Development, Chuck, Entourage, The Good Guys, True Blood and more. He made his feature film debut in 1986 in the film Lucas and continued landing roles in the films The Brady Bunch Movie, A Simple Plan, The Gift, One Hour Photo, I Spy, The Ring Two, Cry Wolf, American Pastime, Breach, The Joneses, Hop, Tammy, Small Crimes and others. Cole has also voiced characters in the video games Hitman and Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law. Throughout his career he has been nominated for several awards and has won a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival Award.
