Geko was born as Hodifa Al Shibli on June 15, 1997, on Manchester. USG, a popular group which included K Koke, signed him when he was 13. Being part of the group earned him a large following. He also recorded with DJ Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1’s Fire in the Booth Sessions.
In 2011, he teamed up with Aetcix and dropped the 12-track album Goat Mob. He dropped his first single “Heartless in 2013.” The song placed No. 9 on the iTunes chart. After the success of the track, he released Crazy Life. He performed with Big Sean and Tinie Tempah.
In 2017, he released the 12-track album LionHeart which includes the tracks “Can Be Lovers” featuring M. Dargg and “Downfall” featuring Nafe Smallz & Tion Wayne. He also featured on NSG’s “Yo Darlin’” and Maleek Berry’s “Eko Miami.”
